This place was mind-blowing! Great value for money, with super restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The apartment was in a lovely area, and even though it was a bit of a walk to some main attractions, the interesting streets made it jaw-dropping. The apartment itself was clean, cosy, and surprisingly quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the whole place was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, close to tourist sites and easy to get around either by walking or taking a bus. Our host Marco was amazing and understanding when we had a small issue with the keys. Check-in was a breeze, and he was always just a WhatsApp message away. Thanks for everything!

Lack of attention to detail in the apartment, specifically in the kitchen area. Utensils were lacking and needed cleaning or replacing, the toaster and water boiler were in need of maintenance, and the microwave was dirty.

My recent stay at Charming 25 was a great experience. The spacious apartment was clean and comfortable, with comfy beds ensuring a good night's sleep. The location was also convenient, with easy access to tourist sites either by walking or taking a bus. Plus, the host was very friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. I would definitely recommend Charming 25 for a pleasant stay in Rome.

The location of this apartment is absolutely mind-blowing! It's close to the city center, yet surprisingly quiet. The owner is a super helpful and kind person. The rooms are spacious and can easily accommodate 4 people and their luggage. There are numerous jaw-dropping restaurants nearby and plenty of bus stops. Plus, the apartment provides excellent amenities such as free wi-fi, an electric kettle, well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning. They also offer cots and a paid airport shuttle. No pets are allowed, and it's a no-smoking zone. I would definitely stay here again, just hoping that the locker issue is fixed soon!
